It's absolutely crushing to think about the fate that will befall this sweet little girl in another 8+ years. For those who loved her, there's no doubt a sadness that can't be understood. I didn't know her beyond seeing her around this weekend in Vermont. But I know her Uncle Edmund is a good man.
